Welcome to DynaSprouts – Opening in August 2026
DynaSprouts is a new, bilingual educational and childcare facility for children of Dynatrace employees, which will open in August 2026. It combines a nursery and kindergarten and is aimed at children aged 6 months to 6 years. The educational concept is based on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) and playfully encourages curiosity and creativity at every stage of development.
Thanks to its location on the Dynatrace Campus, DynaSprouts also supports the work-life balance of parents and guardians, for a harmonious everyday life between work and family.

STEAM Curriculum
We believe every child is a curious and creative explorer—driven by a natural desire to investigate, discover, and understand the world around them. Our bilingual program is built on playful, hands-on learning that brings science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) to life in everyday activities.
Children learn by doing, building, experimenting, imagining, and discovering. Our educators guide them through inquiry-based experiences that connect different subjects and help them understand how things work together—just like in the real world. We prioritize learning in meaningful, real-life contexts, so children don’t just learn facts—they understand them. Whether it’s measuring ingredients while baking or exploring nature in the garden, every moment is a chance to grow.
With a strong staff-to-child ratio, our team can give each child the attention they need. In the kindergarten, two qualified teachers and one assistant care for up to 20 children. In the nursery, the same team supports a maximum of 10 little ones—ensuring warm, individual support every day.
Bilingualism
At DynaSprouts, children grow up surrounded by two languages—English and German—just like they’re part of a big, international family. Our educators are native speakers in one language and fluent in the other, and each one speaks consistently in their chosen language during storytelling, songs, and everyday conversations. This helps children naturally absorb both languages in a fun and playful way. Learning two languages from an early age helps children become more open-minded, empathetic, and curious about the world. It also encourages them to think about their own culture and identity, while learning to appreciate others.
DynaSprouts reflects the spirit of Dynatrace, where people from around 70 nationalities work together every day. We celebrate diversity, global thinking, and meaningful connections—starting with our youngest learners.
Learning Spaces
At DynaSprouts, learning spaces are thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and joyful exploration—from hands-on laboratories to imaginative research kitchens. Drawing inspiration from the Dynatrace Campus, the use of natural materials like wood and a clean, harmonious color palette creates an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and well-structured.
What makes these spaces truly special is the emphasis on how they are experienced—by children and educators alike. Each environment is crafted to foster a sense of belonging, safety, and freedom. The design carefully balances moments of quiet retreat with opportunities for meaningful connection, offering spaces for reflection as well as collaboration. This philosophy extends seamlessly into the outdoors. Open-air zones and weather-protected play areas ensure year-round access to nature. Multiple, distinct outdoor learning environments—centered around a small urban forest—invite children to explore, observe, and engage with the natural world.
