As Dynatrace does not hold any real estate in its portfolio, the new campus will be rented on a long-term basis. This means that the heart of global technological and creative product development will remain at the founding location of Linz. As with the existing engineering headquarters, Neunteufel GmbH is responsible for the construction as the owner. The two project partners are again responsible for the planning together with the experienced teams from PLANET architects and A&S Bauconsulting.
